St Barbara Limited (SBS) has announced a 1-for-3.1 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares in St Barbara at an offer price of $2.89 to raise approximately $490 million. The Entitlement Offer is underwritten. The proceeds of the Entitlement Offer are intended to be used to partially fund the acquisition by St Barbara of Atlantic Gold Corporation by way of a court-approved Canadian plan of arrangement.

Superloop has announced a fully underwritten institutional placement and 1 for 18 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise approximately $31 million (Offer). The founder and largest shareholder, Bevan Slattery, has committed to take up all his rights. Net proceeds from the Offer to strengthen balance sheet by reducing net debt & providing additional funding capacity to take advantage of near term infrastructure opportunities. 

Macquarie Group has announced Macquarie Group Capital Notes 4 (MCN4) for an offer of $500 million, with the ability to raise more or less.

NAB is looking to raise $750m (with the ability to raise more or less) at the margin over bank bills of 4-4.2% through NAB Capital Notes 3. The funds are to be used for general corporate purposes.
