Macquarie Group Limited has announced a $400m AUD Institutional Placement to provide capital for the acquisition of the Esanda dealer finance portfolio from ANZ Ltd. The Placement will be conducted by Institutional bookbuild. A Share Purchase Plan (SPP) will be offered to Eligible shareholders.
